Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons apple with peel on, finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 poonful applesauce optional

Instructions

  1. Mix together all ingredients, cover, and refrigerate for a minimum of 5 hours before eating.
