Apple Pie Overnight Oats

Apple Pie Overnight Oats. Healthy overnight oats with greek yogurt. No-sugar-added all-natural overnight oats with apples, cinnamon, and almonds.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk, canned coconut milk, or unsweetened coconut milk)
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 Tablespoons 100% Real Maple Syrup (may use more as a drizzle)
  • 1 Large green apple (chopped)
  • 2-3 Tablespoons whole almonds (chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In bowl or jar, stir together oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, vanilla, salt, maple syrup, and cinnamon. 
  2. Tightly cover and refrigerate for at least 5 hours or overnight.
  3. Once it is chilled, top with chopped green apples, whole almonds, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Drizzle more real maple syrup, if desired.
