Ingredients

  • 2 sweet apples peeled and chopped
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt
  • ⅓ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
