- 4 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons ground cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
- Place the spices in a small bowl, then whisk to combine completely.
- Store in a lidded jar.
- Use as a 1:1 replacement for commercial apple pie spice.
