  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons ground nutmeg
  • 4 teaspoons ground allspice

  1. Gather the ingredients and a small bowl or jar to mix them the spices in.
  2. Combine all of the ingredients in the bowl or jar and mix or shake thoroughly.

Notes

  • Use fresh, high-quality spices for the best flavor. You want to make sure your cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice are all fresh and fragrant. If your spices have been sitting in your pantry for a while, it may be time to replace them.
  • Adjust the quantities of each spice based on your personal taste preferences. If you love cinnamon, add a little extra. If you're not a fan of nutmeg, use a little less.
