Dressing
- 3 tangerines, juiced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon lemon zest
- salt to taste
Salad
- 1 (10-ounce) package baby greens
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- ⅓ cup crumbled Feta cheese
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 1 apple, cored and thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and diced
Instructions
- Make dressing by combining tangerine juice, oil, lemon juice, garlic, lemon zest, and salt in a container. Seal and shake until combined.
- Make salad by tossing together the baby greens, walnuts, feta, lemon zest, and apple together in a large bowl.
- Add dressing and toss to coat.
- Top with avocado and any more dressing or feta, if desired.

Notes
- Make ahead of time. Prepare the dressing 1-2 days before. The salad can be assembled a few hours before serving, but be sure to treat the apples and avocados with Balls Fresh Fruit. Don't add the dressing until right before serving.
- STORE. Depending on how much dressing the salad has on it leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1-3 days.
