Apple Salad

Creamy Apple Salad is an old-fashioned cool and creamy dessert salad made with tart apples, cranberries, cool whip, and mini marshmallows.

Ingredients

  • 3.4 ounces instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk whole
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip , (homemade recipe)
  • 6 apple peeled, cored and chopped, Granny Smith variety
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup dried , sweetened cranberries
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Whisk together the vanilla pudding and milk and let sit for five minutes before gently folding in Cool Whip.
  2. Toss the chopped apples with lemon juice.
  3. Add the apples, cranberries and marshmallow to the pudding mixture and toss to coat.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
