Apple Slaw

- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt I recommend using Fage, other brands may will be too thin, plain
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- salt freshly ground
- black pepper freshly ground

- 1 cabbage shredded (6 - 7 cups packed, 16 oz chopped, small

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, honey and apple cider vinegar until smooth, while seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a large bowl toss together cabbage, carrots, apples, green onions, almonds and cranberries and cheese if using.
- Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and toss to evenly coat. Serve within a few hours of preparing for best results.
Notes
- Use full-fat, low-fat, or fat-free Greek yogurt; full-fat is preferred for optimal dressing thickness.
- The recipe yields about 10 cups of slaw, ideal for sharing or leftovers.
- Cheese is optional; including it adds a sharper and creamier element to the slaw.
