Ingredients

  • 1 apple cored and cut into chunks, medium sweet
  • 1/2 banana sliced, frozen
  • 1/4 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter or any nut butter
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Core and cut the apple into chunks.
  2. Slice half a frozen banana.
  3. Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
