Apple Smoothie Recipe

Ease into autumn with this healthy apple smoothie! Fresh apples, creamy bananas, yogurt, nut butter, and warm spices are blended up until smooth. It's an easy breakfast or snack the whole family will enjoy and it's ready in just 5 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 2 medium apples cored
  • 1 medium frozen banana
  • ¼ cup yogurt plain or vanilla
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place all the ingredients into your blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth. If you'd like a thinner smoothie, add a little more water or milk.
  3. Pour into a glass and sprinkle a little extra cinnamon on top.
