Applebee’s Pico de Gallo
You can recreate Applebee's Pico de Gallo with fresh ingredients at home.
Ingredients
- 3 large tomato diced (do not use canned, fresh
- 1 cup onion chopped
- 2 tablespoons jalapeno pepper fresh, not pickled, diced
- 1/2 cup cilantro chopped, fresh
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a large container and mix well.
- Refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours before serving.
