Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cherries pitted, sliced
- 3 cups baby spinach
- 1/4 cup almond toasted; slivered
- 1/2 cup apples diced
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Sovrano cheese shredded; amount to top the salad
Instructions
- Combine the first four ingredients in a bowl; set aside.
- Combine the maple syrup, vinegar and oil in a bowl and whisk with a fork.
- Toss the salad with the vinaigrette, then top with shredded cheese. Enjoy!
