Applesauce Overnight Oats

This applesauce overnight oats recipe is an easy and healthy way to start off your day. Flavorful, sweet, and creamy, this overnight oats made with applesauce is one of my favorite ways to start off the day.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2-3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 1½ cup milk of choice

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add the rolled oats, chia seeds, brown sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, applesauce, and milk to a bowl. Stir until well combined.
  2. Cover with a lid or plastic and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  3. When ready to eat, serve with toppings of choice, such as jam, berries, and nuts.
