Apricot Chai Yogurt Parfaits
Spice up your morning with these easy, healthy Apricot Chai Yogurt Parfaits. Tons of flavor, protein and fruit.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt plain, nonfat
- 1 teaspoon chai seasoning or to taste
- 3 apricots thinly sliced
- ⅓ cup nut chai spiced
- 2 teaspoon honey
The Chai Seasoning:
- 1 ½ teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground allspice
- ½ teaspoon cloves ground
- ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
Instructions
- In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt and chai seasoning.
- Using two small glasses or bowls, layer the chai yogurt, apricot slices and chai spiced nuts.
- Drizzle each parfait with 1 teaspoon honey. Serve. Stir together before eating, if you wish.
