Apricot Chai Yogurt Parfaits

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain, nonfat
  • 1 teaspoon chai seasoning or to taste
  • 3 apricots thinly sliced
  • ⅓ cup nut chai spiced
  • 2 teaspoon honey
The Chai Seasoning:
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground allspice
  • ½ teaspoon cloves ground
  • ½ teaspoon ground cardamom

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt and chai seasoning.
  2. Using two small glasses or bowls, layer the chai yogurt, apricot slices and chai spiced nuts.
  3. Drizzle each parfait with 1 teaspoon honey. Serve. Stir together before eating, if you wish.

  1. In a small bowl, stir together all of the ingredients.
