Arby's Sauce Recipe

Made with just a few ingredients, this Copycat Arby's Sauce recipe tastes just like the original! Enjoy on your roast beef sandwiches or as a dip for fries.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 3 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl whisk together onion powder,garlic powder,paprika,salt,cayenne pepper and brown sugar.
  2. Mix in ketchup, white vinegar, and worcestershire sauce.
  3. Transfer mixture to a small saucepan and heat on low heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Make sure to stir often.
  4. Mix together cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water and add slurry to the sauce. Mix well.
  5. Let sauce simmer for another 10 minutes, continuing to mix often.
  6. After the sauce has thickened, remove from heat and cool.
