Ingredients
- 2 large tortillas , approximately 12 inches (30 cm) in diameter
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter , soft
- 6 oz. grated cheese
- 2 roasted green chili peppers , peeled, seeded, and cut into strips or dice

Instructions
- Preheat the convection oven to 350 F (175°C).
- Using a pastry brush, butter each tortilla, making sure to cover the entire surface.
- Place each tortilla on an ovenproof pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Place in the oven and cook for about 6 to 7 minutes or until the tortillas are toasted
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle each tortilla with cheese and green pepper.
- Return the Arizona cheese crisps to the oven and cook them again for 2 to 3 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
- Enjoy hot.
