Ingredients
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
- ½ lime juiced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cups green cabbage shredded
- ½ cup carrot shredded
- ¼ cup cilantro chopped, fresh
- 2 green onions chopped
- 1 red bell pepper sliced, baby
- 1 Mango nearly ripe, sliced
- sesame seeds to taste, toasted
Instructions
- Make the vinaigrette by combining the rice vinegar, lime juice, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a small glass jar and seal with a lid; shake well. Set aside to allow the flavors time to mingle.
- Make the salad by combining the cabbage with the carrots, cilantro, green onion, and red bell pepper in a bowl and toss.
- Add the sliced mango and sesame seeds then drizzle with the salad dressing. Gently toss to combine.
