Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 6 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small mixing bowl and whisk well.
  2. Transfer the marinade to a resealable freezer bag. Add the chicken pieces and remove as much excess air as possible. Seal the bag and place it in the refrigerator in a large bowl or on a tray to catch any drippings.
  3. Marinate the chicken for two to 24 hours.
  4. When ready to serve, remove the chicken from the marinade and cook on a hot grill until done.
  5. Discard the marinade or boil it in a saucepan to serve as a sauce.

Notes

  • One cup of marinade is enough for about 3 pounds of chicken.
