Asian Chicken Salad with Sesame Dressing (Costco Copycat)

All the flavors of the Costco Asian Salad Kit, including delicious honey miso dressing with chicken, almond and crispy noodle toppings.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup PLAIN yogurt (mayonnaise is an easy substitute here too)
  • 2 tablespoons White miso paste mellow
  • 4 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon ginger chopped
  • 2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 cups chicken breast cubed, cooked, meat only
  • 1 lettuce chopped, head
  • 1/4 cup almonds sliced
  • 3/4 cup wonton strips
  • 3/4 cups Chow Mein noodles crispy

Instructions

  1. To make the dressing, add all the ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  2. Layer the salad with lettuce, chicken, almonds, wonton strips and chow mein noodles before pouring on the dressing.
  3. Enjoy the fact you didn't spend $10 on the kit. ;)
