Asian Cucumber Salad
Asian Cucumber Salad is a quick and easy marinaded cucumber salad with rice vinegar, sugar and crushed peppers. The perfect side dish.
Ingredients
- 2 cucumber
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Wash and peel the cucumbers. Slice into thin circles, then cut the circles in half, removing the seeds as you go.
- Add cucumber slices to a bowl along with the remaining ingredients. Stir to coat well. Let sit for at least 1 hour before eating.
