Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon sesame seeds white or black, or combination
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- Chili oil optional
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a frying pan over low-medium heat.
- Toss in sesame seeds and toast for about 30 seconds.
- Add vegetable oil over the sesame seeds.
- Crack eggs over the sesame seeds and cover the pan with the lid slightly ajar.
- Let the eggs cook until desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes.
- Use a spatula to gently release the egg.
- Serve with additional sesame seeds and/or chili oil, and salt & pepper to taste.
