Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
Asian Soy Glaze
  • ¼ cup soy (sauce)
  • ¼ cup Nakano Natural Rice Vinegar
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons ginger (minced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Sesame seeds and scallions

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375. Place chicken thighs in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Flip over to coat both sides.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together Asian Soy Glaze ingredients. Pour mixture on top of the chicken thighs. Bake until chicken is cooked through, 40-50 minutes. Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions to serve if you wish.
