Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 8- 10 chicken thigh boneless chicken thighs, skinless, boneless
  • 1 Tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix the vinegar, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil and sriracha together
  2. Add HALF of the marinade into a zip top bag. Insert the chicken thighs and mix them together with the sauce. Marinade overnight or 15 minutes. Depending on the time you have available
  3. Preheat Oven to 425 Degrees Fahrenheit
  4. In a small saucepan, pour the remaining sauce and simmer for 5 minutes or until sauce has reduced and thickened
  5. Place chicken into a rimmed roasting pan. Discard the marinade in the bag
  6. Brush HALF of the reduced sauce on top of each thigh.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes
  8. Remove from oven and baste with more sauce
  9. Bake for 5 more minutes
  10. Remove from oven and sprinkle in sesame seeds
