Asian Kale Salad

Ingredients

Dressing:
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil toasted
  • sriracha to taste, dash
Salad:
  • 2 cups kale finely chopped
  • ½ cup carrot grated
  • ¼ cup cilantro chopped, fresh
  • 1 green onion sliced
  • 2 tbsp almond toasted slices

Instructions

  1. Combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sriracha sauce together. Mix until well combined.
  2. Toss the kale, carrot, cilantro, and green onion together. Drizzle the dressing, to taste, on top and toss until evenly coated. Let sit, tossing often, until slightly wilted. Top with the toasted almond slices and serve. Enjoy.
