Ingredients

  • 1 package (16 ounces) coleslaw mix
  • 2 packages (3 ounces each) ramen noodles, flavor packets discarded and noodles crumbled
  • 1 cup slivered almonds toasted
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup green onions thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  1. In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, crumbled ramen noodles, toasted almonds, sunflower seeds, and green onions.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, sugar, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is well blended.
  3. Pour the dressing over the coleslaw mixture and toss well to coat evenly. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for about an hour to allow flavors to meld.
