Asian Salad Dressing

Ingredients
- ⅓ cup rice vinegar
- ¼ cup Chinkiang vinegar
- ¼ cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoons ginger grated, fresh
- 1 teaspoon garlic finely minced, fresh
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons white sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine all your ingredients and whisk to combine well.
- Pour your dressing into a container with a lid and keep refrigerated for up to 4 weeks.
- Shake the dressing before each use to ensure any ingredients that have settled or separated get mixed together again.
