Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup Chinkiang vinegar
  • ¼ cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoons ginger grated, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon garlic finely minced, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons white sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all your ingredients and whisk to combine well.
  2. Pour your dressing into a container with a lid and keep refrigerated for up to 4 weeks.
  3. Shake the dressing before each use to ensure any ingredients that have settled or separated get mixed together again.
