- 16 ounces coleslaw mix
- 1 large bell pepper chopped, red, yellow, or orange
- 3 talks green onion chopped
- ¼ cup cilantro chopped
- ⅓ cup almonds chopped, or cashews
- 2 TBS sesame seeds
for dressing:
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 TBS sesame oil
- ¼ cup rice vinegar
- 1 TBS honey or agave
- 2 TBS soy sauce low sodium
- 1 teaspoon garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger minced
- dash salt
