Ingredients

for salad:
  • 16 ounces coleslaw mix
  • 1 large bell pepper chopped, red, yellow, or orange
  • 3 talks green onion chopped
  • ¼ cup cilantro chopped
  • ⅓ cup almonds chopped, or cashews
  • 2 TBS sesame seeds
for dressing:
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 TBS sesame oil
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • 1 TBS honey or agave
  • 2 TBS soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger minced
  • dash salt
