Asian Slaw with Peanut Dressing

Asian Slaw with Peanut Dressing is a vibrant salad combining shredded cabbage, carrots, red bell pepper, green onion, and cilantro. It's tossed in a creamy peanut butter dressing flavored with lime juice, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, sesame oil, sriracha, ginger, and garlic. The salad offers a mix of crunchy textures and a balance of tangy, nutty, and mildly spicy flavors.
