Asian Venison Recipe (Black Pepper Venison)
This Asian venison dish features bite-sized pieces of seared venison combined with a spicy mix of bird's eye chili, coarsely crushed black peppercorns, and savory ingredients like fish sauce and oyster sauce. Stir-fried with sliced red and green peppers, garlic, onion, and spring onions, it delivers a balanced texture with tender meat and crisp vegetables.
