Asphalt Pie (Winger's Copycat)

Mint chocolate chip ice cream in an Oreo cookie pie crust. Serve this frozen treat with drizzles of caramel and whip cream!

Ingredients

  • 1 cookie pie crust pre-made, OREO
  • 1.5 quart Ice cream softened, mint chocolate chip, container
  • caramel sauce
  • 5 Oreo cookies crushed
  • Whipped Cream

Instructions

  1. Leave ice cream out on the counter for about 30 minutes, or until softened enough to spread.
  2. Scoop ice cream into prepared OREO cookie pie crust, spreading out evenly. Place in freezer to set for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  3. When ready to serve, slice into 6 pieces, and serve each piece with crushed Oreos, drizzles of caramel sauce, and whipped cream.
