- 1 small bowl wheat flour Size of bowl is subjective. Would suggest you to take a small bowl around (50gm) and use that for all other ratios, aka atta
- 1.75 small bowl sugar
- 5-6 tablespoon ghee desi variety
- 6-7 small cardamom aka eliachi
- 3 bowl water
