- 500 gms rabbit cleaned and cut in pieces
- 2 garlic crushed, cloves
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 50 ml white wine 1.7 oz
- ½ tbsp oregano
- 150 gms tomato diced
- 30 ml red wine vinegar
- salt to taste
