Ingredients

  • 3 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 Tbsp corn starch
  • 1 tomato soup 10 3/4 oz can
  • 1 chicken gumbo soup 10 3/4 oz can
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a large frying pan brown hamburger with onion, salt and pepper. Drain grease off.
  2. And the rest of the ingredients to the browned hamburger, mix well and heat over medium heat until heated through.
You can either serve immediately or refrigerate and reheat. I feel the flavors are better a day later!
