Aussie Buns

A simple and tasty savoury mince on a fresh bun.

Ingredients

  • 300 grams ground beef
  • 1 small-medium onion
  • ⅔ cup tomato sauce
  • ¼ cup rice uncooked
  • ½ teaspoon curry powder
  • 1-2 pinches salt
  • 4 white roll fresh

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a microwave-proof bowl.
  2. Cover bowl with plastic food wrap and place in microwave on high for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from microwave. Carefully uncover (noting steam may escape) and stir. Cover again with plastic food wrap and place in microwave on high for 7 minutes.
  4. Remove from microwave oven and allow to cool for a minute or two. Carefully uncover again (noting steam may escape). Stir.
  5. Cut rolls in half horizontally, place cooked mince mixture into rolls and serve.
