Avocado Bruschetta

Tomato basil bruschetta is combined with creamy avocado and served atop crispy toasted baguette slices with a drizzle of balsamic reduction in this easy, flavorful appetizer recipe, made in just 10 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette sliced
  • 4 roma tomatoes diced
  • 2 avocados diced
  • ½ cup red onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup fresh basil chopped
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic reduction

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and into the oven for 5 minutes to toast.
  2. Toss the tomatoes, avocado, onion, garlic, basil, olive oil, salt and pepper together in a medium mixing bowl.
  3. Place the avocado bruschetta on the toasted baguette slices. Drizzle with the balsamic reduction.
