Avocado, Chicken, and Bacon Chopped Salad with a Creamy Basil Dressing

Avocados, Chicken, Bacon, and tomatoes come together in this fresh and delicious salad giving it amazing flavor! One of the best salads that I have EVER had!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked and chopped
  • 6 lices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3 large avocados, diced
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes, cut in half
  • ¼ cup crumbled Feta cheese
Creamy Basil Dressing
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Add 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce, 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast,, 6 slices bacon, 3 large avocados, 1 pint grape tomatoes, and ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese to a large bowl and toss until evenly combined.
Creamy Basil Dressing
  1. Whisk together 8 ounces sour cream, 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream, 1 tablespoon granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon ground black pepper, and 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil. Pour over the salad and toss to coat it evenly. Serve immediately.
