Avocado Cilantro Dressing

A super easy and full of flavor avocado dressed, packed with cilantro, lime, garlic and jalapeno. Use it as a salad dressing, use it as a dip! (It goes great on tacos too!)

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados peeled and seeded
  • 3 tablespoons plain greek yogurt
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoons green onions chopped
  • 1 small Jalapeno pepper chopped and seeds removed
  • 1 lime (just the juice)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • salt & pepper to taste

  1. Combine all of the dressing ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
