Avocado Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 8 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 small avocado
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice or lime
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt or to taste
Garnish
  • 3 lices Bacon cooked crisp and crumbled
  • paprika for garnish

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Cut eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  2. Mash together the yolks, avocado, mayonnaise, juice and seasonings until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pipe into egg whites and top with crumbled bacon and paprika.
