Ingredients
- 1 avocado ripe
- ½ lime juiced
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- seasoned salt to taste
For Dip
- ¼ cup buttermilk see note below for substitutions
For Dressing
- ½ cup buttermilk see note below for substitution
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
- Adjust the amount of buttermilk to get desired consistency.

Notes
- *NOTE: If you do not have buttermilk you can easily substitute it with soured milk. Place ½ tablespoon lemon juice or white vinegar into a ½ cup measuring cup. Top with milk and let sit 5 minutes. Use to replace buttermilk in any recipe!
