Avocado Dip
You don't want to miss out on this avocado dip with sour cream and bacon.
Ingredients
- 2 medium avocado peeled and pitted
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon onion grated
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 ounces Bacon cooked until crisp and crumbed
- tortilla chips to serve
Instructions
- Mash the avocados with a fork. Add the sour cream, lemon juice, onion, and salt and stir to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Just before serving, stir in the bacon, sprinkling a few pieces on top for garnish.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
