Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe avocados chopped
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt or plant-based for vegan option
  • 2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp rice or apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • fine kosher salt to taste
  • Optional: crunchy veggies and corn chips, to serve

  1. Place all your ingredients in a food processor. Process until smooth; you'll
  2. need to stop and scrape the sides a couple of times.
  3. Serve with crunchy veggies and corn chips, if desired.

Notes

  • Serving size: 1/4 cup
  • Use rice avocado
  • Do not use vanilla-based yogurt
  • You may use plant-based yogurt to make it vegan-friendly.
