Ingredients

  • 2-3 large garlic cloves
  • 1 avocado , cubed
  • 8 ounces plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup cilantro packed, stems and leaves
  • 1 teaspoon coarse kosher salt
  • 2-3 tablespoons milk , optional.

  1. Use a small food processor or a blender and combine the avocado and garlic, pulse until it is coarsely chopped.
  2. Add the yogurt, lemon juice, cilantro and salt.
  3. Depending on how thick you desire your sauce, add milk until it is pourable.
