Avocado Honeydew Melon Margarita

This avocado honeydew melon margarita is creamy, fresh and a unique twist on a classic cocktail, perfect for Cinco De Mayo or any Mexican Fiesta!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honeydew melon chopped
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 lime juiced
  • 2 oz silver tequila
  • 1 oz triple sec
  • 1 oz agave nectar
  • 1 oz water

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Puree the melon and avocado together in a blender.
  2. Add the puree to a shaker with the tequila, triple sec, lime juice, agave nectar and water.
  3. Shake with ice and strain into a glass.
  4. Garnish with a lime wedge.
