Avocado Hummus

Loaded with protein, this Avocado Hummus will quickly become a favorite dip or healthy snack. Serve with your favorite crackers, warm pita bread, fresh veggies or even on a sandwich or wrap.

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 2 cups 1 15 oz can or 2 cups of Chick peas
  • 2- 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoon of lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon of pepper

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse for about 2-3 minutes. Scrape down during pulsing if needed.
  2. Serve with your favorite crackers, warm pita bread or veggies.
