Avocado Ranch Dip
This easy, creamy avocado ranch dip only takes 10 minutes to make and is a family favorite!
Ingredients
- 2 avocado pitted, large, ripe
- 1/2 cup yogurt plain, Greek
- 1/4 cup parsley chopped
- 1/4 cup dill chopped
- 2 tablespoons chives chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- potato chips for serving, brand Kettle Brand
Instructions
- In a food processor or blender, add the avocado, Greek yogurt, parsley, dill, chives, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Blend until creamy and smooth. You might have to scrape down the sides and blend again.
- Scrape the dip into a bowl and serve with Kettle Brand chips.
