Ingredients
- 2 medium avocados peeled and pit removed
- 1 cup buttermilk
- ¼ cup mayo
- ¼ cup white wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (about 1/2 lime)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ cup Italian parsley chopped
- 2 tablespoon fresh chives chopped
Instructions
- Add the avocado, buttermilk, mayo, vinegar, sour cream, garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper to a blender or food processor. Cover and puree until smooth. Scrape down the sides as needed.
- Pour dressing into a mason jar.
- Add the parsley and chives to the jar. Cover and shake to combine.
- Taste the dressing and add more salt and pepper if needed.
- Refrigerate in an airtight container until ready to serve.
