Ingredients

  • 3 avocado peeled, pitted, and diced, medium
  • 4 Roma tomato seeded and diced, medium
  • 1/2 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped, fresh
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice fresh
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine diced avocados, tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
  2. Drizzle with lime juice, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Gently toss to combine all the ingredients without mashing the avocados.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap directly on the surface of the salsa and refrigerate until ready to serve.
