- 4 avocados sliced
- 5 roma tomatoes diced
- 1/2 red onion diced
- 1 Jalapeño diced
- 1/2 Cup cilantro chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- In a medium sized bowl add avocado, tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Stir it all together and serve immediately with tortilla chips!
