Avocado Smoothie
Made with frozen avocado, spinach, dates and protein powder this avocado smoothie is thick, creamy and packed with protein. It's the perfect healthy breakfast or post-workout snack. Vegan + dairy-free.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup almond milk unsweetened
- 1 cup avocado frozen chunks or fresh
- 1 coop (25 grams) vanilla protein powder
- 1-2 Medjool dates
- spinach handful
- 4-5 ice cubes if needed
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a high speed blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
