Avocado Spread
Similar to guacamole but not. It’s a creamy avocado spread that makes for a green feast.
Ingredients
- 2 avocado ripe
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
- Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth or to your desired consistency.
- Stir in the lemon juice, minced garlic, and salt until well combined.
